Born in Korea and based in New York, I am a photographer and art director specializing in beauty and fashion imagery.

With a foundation in fashion photography and advanced training from the School of Visual Arts (BFA and MPS), I develop campaign and editorial projects that balance conceptual clarity with technical precision. My work focuses on elevated skin, texture, and fine detail. Color also plays a central role in my creative process, and I enjoy experimenting with unexpected combinations to create mood, energy, and visual impact—while ensuring each image feels cohesive within a broader narrative and brand identity.

I approach art direction from a hands-on perspective, leading visual development from concept through execution. Collaborating with creative teams across styling, hair, makeup, and post-production, I shape imagery that is clean, modern, and strategically aligned.
